The Achieve Membership Legal Agreement
When we start with a new member they have a initial investment and then after they are a member it is only $50 a month for all assets we provide. This is why we are considerred one of the top opportunities in our or any industry. Our agreements are created to provide you many resources which highly exceed the cost to be a member. The only way we are able to do it is because all agreements are a 36 month biz building agreement at just the 50 bucks a month after the initial total which is described over 7 times in our manuals and agreements before someone gets started.
You can opt out any time by paying the remainder of the months due as stated right in your agreement, all initial materials, on the application and coaching form you filled out when you got started. When we start with a new member we are providing everything based upon members taking care of the 36 months.
If a member defaults then they go to our attorney who defends our agreements. This is a last resort and never recommended. We will work with you to make things happen.

We provide this option because we want you to be successful any and every way you can be. If for any reason this does not work out for you we provide you the option to recover your initial investment and just move on. If you wish to do this please review the manual, contact your coaching leader and we are here to assist you.
We want you happy in all situations, if you are with us or not! We set up our agreements so they are no fault agreements and we simply provide resources to help you grow your business. Because we provide this option you agreed in your agreement with us to never get so upset that you want to litigate for any reason and you waive that option so you can simply sell or move on. There is no reason for that behavior or action. We provide you the opportunity to sell your membership at your descretion.
If Achieve is not working out for you this is an incredible option as our resources do work for most and you can transfer it and you are out of your agreement, you recover what you sell it for and happy. :) We even assist and help you do it!
